Rates:
- $5500 - $7500 per month
- Rates vary seasonally and with special events
- 30 day minimum stay in Carmel proper per city ordinance

Additional Terms:
- $75/month P G & E gas and electricity allowances are included
- Long distance phone charges billed to renter
- Full payment and security deposit due if less than 60 days
- 1/2 payment due at reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Security deposit: $1000, with pets and children an additional deposit is required
- $250 cleaning Departure Fee $100 refundable if checkout list is completed
